Frequently asked questions

Ⓠ. I can not track my order, USPS does not give me any information.
Ⓐ. Information about your order will be available only after will be registered in your country post system (it may take up to 2 weeks)
Copy tracking number and check it on the site your post (some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: USA, Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post)

Ⓠ. I can not track my order, in the post system of my country, how I can be sure that it was sent?
Ⓐ. You can track your parcel on site of Ukrainian post:

it shows the last place in Ukraine where your parcel was registered.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

✔ Returns are welcome within two weeks after delivery, so feel free to contact us for further information.

✔ If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason or they are damaged during the shipping, please contact us before leaving a feedback.

✔ If your package was returned to us as unclaimed I'll contact you for further information on delivery or cancel an order.

✔ If you have some problems during the shipping (package does not come, it takes too long and you are in hurry) - please contact us for help.

✔If you wish to cancel the transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 10%.
